Job Description

Your Role

  • Lead UX analytics across a portfolio of enterprise products, driving data-informed decision-making.
  • Analyze user behavior and product usage data to identify friction points, usability issues, and opportunities for experience improvements.
  • Partner closely with UX, Product, and Engineering teams to translate data into actionable recommendations and measurable outcomes.
  • Define, implement, and standardize UX success metrics such as task success, engagement, user efficiency, adoption, and drop-off rates.
  • Combine quantitative and qualitative insights to uncover both the ‘what’ and the ‘why’ behind user behavior.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Quantitative UX Research, UX Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience partnering with UX, Design, Product Management, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong track record of transforming complex data into actionable product and design recommendations.
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Expertise in defining meaningful product and UX metrics in complex environments.
