Your Role

As a member of the Second Line Support team, you are fully responsible for delivering exceptional technical customer service. You act as a key point of contact, consistently approachable and responsive to both customers and business partners. 

Key Skills required : Potential candidates should have prior experience of working with Online Booking Tools and should have Travel domain knowledge / experience.
