Your Role

As a Salesforce DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for streamlining and automating Salesforce development, deployment, and release management processes. You will work closely with Salesforce Developers, Administrators, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable delivery of Salesforce solutions across multiple environments.

In This Role You Will Play a Key Role In:

• Designing and implementing Salesforce CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployments.
• Managing Salesforce environments, version control, and release processes across development, testing, and production.
• Collaborating with development teams to establish DevOps best practices and deployment standards.
• Ensuring platform stability, security, and compliance through automated monitoring and governance.
• Supporting production releases, troubleshooting deployment issues, and driving continuous process improvements.

Your Profile

Top Technical Skills

1. Salesforce Platform Expertise

   • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Platform, Apex, LWC, and Metadata API.

2. CI/CD & DevOps Tools

   • Hands-on experience with Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.

3. Version Control Systems

   • Expertise in Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, branching strategies, and source-driven development.

4. Salesforce Deployment & Release Management

   • Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), package-based development, deployment automation, and environment management.

5. Automation & Scripting

   • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell, Python, or PowerShell for automation and operational efficiency.
