Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
● Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
● Support Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Drive, Meet, Docs, Sheets).
● Manage user accounts, access requests, and endpoint devices.
● Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and collaboration tool issues.
● Support meeting room and audio/video conferencing technologies.
● Coordinate with global IT teams and vendors for issue resolution and infrastructure support.
● Maintain IT assets and ensure compliance with security standards.
