Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Document current-state (“as-is”) and design future-state (“to-be”) process models using standard notation (e.g., BPMN).
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements and validate process designs.
• Define process metrics, KPIs, and controls to measure performance and track improvements.
• Support process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and ensure adoption.
• Develop process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
• Provide recommendations aligned with improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
• Support change management activities and communicate process changes to affected stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to building BPM best practices within the team.
