LOD Risk Manager – GCC

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary risk partner for the GCC establishment and business

operations, collaborating with business leaders and workstream leads to identify,

assess, monitor and mitigate risks, while ensuring timely escalation and resolution

of issues.

• Assess and provide oversight of risks arising from strategic change initiatives for

GCC including process transformation, technology implementations, automation,

AI adoption, and other business change programs.

• Support operational resilience and third-party risk oversight activities impacting

GCC operations including business continuity, incident response, critical

dependency management, workforce resiliency, and compliance with enterprise

TPRM requirements.

• Lead the execution and governance enterprise risk programs and initiatives,

including centralized risk and control self‑assessments, risk reporting, issue

management and other first-line risk management activities.

• Strengthen and mature the First Line of Defense by establishing effective

governance, operating models, processes, controls, and risk management practices

aligned with the organization’s risk appetite and enterprise risk standards.
