Job Description
Responsibilities
Partner with business and technology leaders to drive engineering strategy and modernization across Treasury, Wholesale Banking, and Digital Services platforms.
Define and drive strategic technology direction aligned with enterprise goals and standards.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to guide innovation and solution selection.
Oversee design, development, implementation, and support of scalable software solutions.
Evaluate and recommend build vs. buy decisions, outsourcing strategies, and cloud adoption where appropriate.
Own end-to-end delivery of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and enterprise objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design impactful, enterprise-wide solutions.
Plan and manage budgets to achieve financial and operational objectives.
Lead and develop senior engineering teams, including performance management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage the full application lifecycle, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and cost efficiency.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.
