Your Role

We are looking for a

in Full Stack Development and Technical Training to design, deliver, and drive impactful learning programs for freshers and lateral hires. You will be responsible for building strong full-stack development capabilities through hands-on, project-based learning, mentoring learners, and ensuring successful knowledge transfer aligned with business requirements.

Your Profile

• Deliver engaging instructor-led training programs on Full Stack technologies with a strong focus on practical application and project-based learning.
• Design and develop comprehensive curricula, learning materials, assignments, assessments, and coding exercises aligned to business and learning objectives.
• Mentor and coach learners on coding best practices, problem-solving techniques, debugging, and software development fundamentals.
• Provide training on Full Stack technologies including HTML5, CSS3, Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, and React.
• Track learner progress, evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous skill development and successful learning outcomes.
• Mandatory: Proven experience in Full Stack training with excellent communication and mentoring skills; knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, SQL, MongoDB, and Microservices is an added advantage.
