Salesforce LWC Lead

Your Role

We are looking for a

to lead and deliver end‑to‑end Salesforce implementations. You will play a critical role in driving digital transformation initiatives by designing, developing, and delivering scalable, secure, and high‑quality Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.

Your Profile

• Lead, design, and deliver 3–4 Salesforce projects, including large‑scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop scalable, high‑quality, and customized solutions using Salesforce best practices and architecture standards.
• Work across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, or Data Cloud as applicable).
• Leverage advanced Salesforce features, including automation, security, and performance optimization.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and customization.
• Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or platform tools.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle—requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post‑production support.
• Identify opportunities for application optimization, redesign, and innovation to improve performance and user experience.
• Stay current with new Salesforce releases and features, recommending continuous process and technical improvements.
• Work effectively in a multi‑vendor and cross‑functional environment, adapting to evolving project needs.
• Demonstrate strong problem‑solving, communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills.
