SFMC Architect

Your Role

We are looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing Architect / Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Architect with 15+ years of overall experience, including 8+ years in SFMC architecture and digital marketing transformation. The role involves leading enterprise-scale marketing initiatives, designing agentic AI-driven marketing strategies, and driving customer engagement transformation across industries.

Your Profile

• Expertise in SFMC architecture and end-to-end Martech ecosystems
• Strong in Agentic AI-driven marketing, automation, and data-led transformation
• Hands-on across SFMC modules and omnichannel personalization strategies
• Experience in enterprise integrations (CRM, CDP, APIs) and scalable solution design
• Proven ability to lead digital marketing initiatives, CoE setup, and governance
• Strong stakeholder management, pre-sales consulting, and client engagement skills
• Focus on data privacy, compliance, and measurable business outcomes
• SFMC certifications preferred
