Oracle EBS Functional Consultant – SLA & FAH

Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Subledger Accounting (SLA) and Financial Accounting Hub (FAH). The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of accounting transformations, Oracle General Ledger, and financial planning processes, along with the ability to partner with finance stakeholders and technical teams to deliver robust solutions.

• Lead business requirement gathering sessions and translate accounting and reporting needs into detailed functional design documents
• Configure and manage FAH, including accounting rules, event classes, journal line definitions, and mappings from source systems to Oracle GL
• Design and implement SLA rules, journal generation processes, and accounting transformations
• Collaborate with technical teams to build and support integrations between source systems, FAH, and Oracle EBS General Ledger
• Ensure accurate end-to-end accounting flows across multi-entity and multi-ledger environments
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including reconciliation and validation of accounting outputs
• Provide functional support for production issues, enhancements, and month-end close activities
• Address audit requirements and implement audit-driven system changes
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
• Communicate effectively with finance stakeholders, auditors, and leadership
• Mentor junior consultants and promote best practices in Oracle Financials implementation

• Strong experience as an Oracle EBS Functional Consultant with specialization in SLA and FAH

Your Profile

• Deep knowledge of Oracle General Ledger and subledger accounting processes
• Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Solid understanding of multi-entity structures, legal entity setup, and statutory reporting
• Hands-on experience in FAH configuration and accounting rule design
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
