Email, SMS & Push Campaign Management

Job Role

The Email, SMS & Push Campaign Manager executes and manages CRM journeys and consumer communications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable enterprise platform. The role maintains audience and communication rules, configures and tests journeys, deploys approved communications, monitors deliverability and resolves operational failures while protecting consent, preference and suppression requirements.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• 3-4 years of relevant experience. 5-7 years in CRM campaign operations, marketing automation or lifecycle communications, including hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
• Strong experience executing email, SMS, push, triggered and transactional communications.
• Working knowledge of segmentation, personalisation, suppression, preferences, deliverability and journey testing.
• Ability to troubleshoot campaign and journey failures within controlled operational processes.
