Technical Lead Golang

Your Role

• Provide strong technical leadership and direction to the teams.
• Guide developers on solution design, architecture, and best practices.
• Review code to ensure quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Mentor team members and help them grow technically and professionally.
• Work closely with developers, QA, and DevOps to ensure smooth delivery.
• Good Communication skill required
• Design and develop scalable microservices and REST APIs.
• Work across the full stack – backend, frontend, automation, and cloud.
• Participate actively in development using Golang, React, Python, and AWS.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and production support where required.
• Drive and contribute to test automation initiatives.
• Define and review automation strategies using Cypress.
• Ensure adequate test coverage and quality gates in CI/CD pipelines.

Your Profile

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong experience in secure coding, code reviews, and system design.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Golang – strong backend development experience.
• AWS – hands‑on experience with production cloud environments.
• React JS – frontend development experience.
• Python – scripting or backend development.
• Cypress Automation – UI/browser automation experience.
• REST APIs, microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines.
