Airline Domain Consultant – OOMS | NDC | ONE Order

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Advise airline clients on Modern Airline Retailing roadmaps, industry solutions, POCs/POVs and team enablement.

2. Work closely with senior business stakeholders to understand and document business objectives, scope, requirements and expectations, and obtain necessary sign-offs.

3. Identify cross-functional requirements and assess their impact across processes, operations and technology platforms.

4. Develop business cases and value propositions, including feasibility, gap and business-impact analysis.

5. Document and design as-is and to-be business processes, process visualizations and business solutions.

6. Support solution architecture and design through business, functional and technical analysis and product modelling.

7. Lead functional and non-functional requirements elicitation and management while ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.

8. Customize solution designs and roll-out approaches to secure client approval and support problem and release management.

9. Support delivery and release management, product launches and operations planning.

10. Contribute to pre-sales activities as required.

11. Independently manage projects ranging from simple to complex engagements.
