Responsibilities

Define and execute the enterprise cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements.

Lead cybersecurity operations, threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management to protect organizational assets and data.

Establish and maintain cybersecurity governance, policies, standards, and control frameworks across the organization.

Partner with business, technology, risk, compliance, and audit stakeholders to strengthen security posture and manage cyber risks.

Provide strategic guidance and regular cyber risk reporting to senior leadership and governance committees.

Drive security awareness initiatives and foster a culture of cybersecurity accountability across the organization.

Lead and develop high-performing cybersecurity teams while promoting continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
