Job Description

– Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
– Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
– Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering sessions.
– Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
– Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and business process documentation.
– Perform gap analysis and support solution design discussions.
– Collaborate with business users, product owners, architects, developers, and testers.
– Facilitate requirement sign-offs and manage stakeholder expectations.
– Support SIT, UAT, production validation, and defect resolution activities.
– Assess impacts of business and regulatory changes.
– Support Agile/Scrum project delivery and change management activities.
– Work on Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Lending, Payments, and Digital Banking initiatives.
– Participate in API integration, data migration, and modernization projects.
– Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory standards including KYC, AML, FATCA, and Basel guidelines.
