Performance lead consultant

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute performance testing strategies and test plans.

Perform Load Testing, Stress Testing, Volume Testing, Spike Testing, Endurance (Soak) Testing, and Scalability Testing.

Analyze application performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.

Monitor server, application, database, and network performance metrics.

Develop and maintain automated performance test scripts.

Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.

Conduct root cause analysis for performance degradation.

Generate performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.

Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Ensure applications meet SLA, response time, throughput, and availability requirements.
