Job Description
Responsibilities
Primary skills:Technology- Automated Testing-Automated Testing – ALL,Technology-Finacle EB Technical-E Banking-security,Technology-Package testing-SAP,Technology-SAP Industry Solution-SAP Retail
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology (B Tech) or equivalent technical discipline.
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Testing across implementation, rollout, or support projects.
- Strong experience designing and executing test cases for SAP modules, with exposure to at least one of SAP Retail, SAP FICO, or related SAP solutions.
- Proven ability to perform functional and integration testing in SAP environments, including defect logging, tracking, and re-testing.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC, with experience working in structured testing processes and tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate test results and issues clearly to stakeholders.
Additional Responsibilities
Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability
- Good knowledge on software configuration management systems
- Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends
- Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
- Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available
- Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions
- One or two industry domain knowledge
- Client Interfacing skills
- Project and Team management
