Job Description
Responsibilities
- Monitor production applications and ensure system availability.
- Investigate and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines.
- Troubleshoot UNIX/Linux server and application-related issues.
- Analyze logs and identify root causes of recurring problems.
- Execute SQL queries for data validation, issue investigation, and reporting.
- Work closely with development, database, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.
- Support application deployments, releases, and change requests.
- Perform health checks and monitor batch jobs, interfaces, and services.
- Create and maintain operational documents, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
- Participate in on-call support and major incident management activities.
- Ensure adherence to support processes and operational procedures.
