Your Role

Develop integrations using TIBCO EMS, JMS, XML, XSD, XPath, and XSLT.Build interfaces between enterprise applications, databases, cloud platforms, and third-party systems.

Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.

Monitor and optimize middleware performance and ensure high availability.

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and development teams to gather requirements and design solutions.

Implement exception handling, logging, security, and error management frameworks.

Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for integration development. Prepare technical design documents, deployment guides, and support documentation.

Your Profile

Strong hands-on experience with:

• TIBCO BW 5.x / BW 6.x
• TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS)
• SOAP & REST APIs
• XML, XSD, XPath, XSLT
• JMS Messaging
• TIBCO Administrator / TIBCO TEA

  Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.

  Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.

  Experience working in Linux/Unix environments.
