Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage and support enterprise storage systems (SAN/NAS environments)
Perform storage provisioning, allocation, and capacity planning
Monitor storage performance and troubleshoot latency, utilization, and connectivity issues
Administer and maintain backup and recovery solutions
Ensure successful execution of backups and validate restore operations periodically
Handle incident management, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
Support disaster recovery (DR) planning and execution
Work on patching, upgrades, and maintenance of storage and backup systems
Collaborate with virtualization, OS, and cloud teams for integrated infrastructure support
