SIAM Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive SIAM transformations and innovations for effective governance and management in line with agreed SIAM scope of work
• Spearhead SIAM process governance team for seamless process execution and management
• Act as an escalation point of contact for client for all SIAM related deliverables in scope, milestones and overall governance
• Responsible for SIAM governance alignment, client relations, strategic accountability and unblocking critical escalations impacting SIAM scope of work
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to develop, establish and operationalize SIAM Operating Model
• Schedule and conduct periodic service review meetings with Client stakeholders to ensure effective functioning of SIAM Office
• Identify, manage and report risks related to all in scope SIAM processes ensuring process adherence, compliance by all internal, external suppliers, 3rd parties involved
• Define/Refine, agree and document CSF’s and KPI’s for all the SIAM processes in scope along with consolidated reporting and performance management
• Establish communication channels with clear and transparent communications to client
• Manage SIAM BAU team, process managers to drive operational execution across all SIAM functions, services in scope
• Spearhead implementation, innovations to modernize SIAM process governance and management with adoption and implementation of Gen AI, Agentic AI capabilities
• Ensure that SIAM BAU team onboarded delivers SIAM services in scope for the client meets and delivers contractual obligations
• Ensure that the client is periodically updated, informed on latest technology trends, product and platform details liaising with internal teams, stakeholders for seamless adoption and implementation
• Account mining, proactively identify and explore upstream, downstream new business opportunities within the client management and add revenue growth
