Role: Senior / Principal Blockchain Engineer

Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior / Principal Blockchain Engineer with 5 to 12+ years of professional experience to design, build, and deliver enterprise-grade, secure, and scalable blockchain solutions across regulated financial services and asset tokenization use cases. The role spans distributed ledger platforms, smart contract engineering, privacy-preserving workflows, and blockchain infrastructure, and may involve hands-on development, technical design leadership, or platform architecture depending on experience and project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement blockchain-based applications for institutional finance, tokenized funds, and real-world assets, ensuring security, scalability, and regulatory alignment.
• Develop and maintain smart contracts and on-chain workflows, modeling real-world financial agreements with strong correctness, auditability, and access control.
• Build and integrate backend services and APIs (REST/gRPC, event-driven) with blockchain networks and enterprise systems.
• Implement privacy, security, and key-management patterns, including role-based access, secure signing, and cryptography-driven components.
• Deliver end-to-end solutions across development, testing, and production environments using modern DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in any one of the below stacks is acceptable:

• Canton/DAML → privacy‑preserving, multi‑party workflows
• Go → protocol / chain‑module / Cosmos‑style engineering
• Rust → security‑critical or high‑performance services (Polkadot/Solana/Stellar)

Required Tech Skills

• Strong programming experience in one or more of the following: Go or Rust or DAML.
• Exposure to microservices architecture, messaging systems, and cloud-native design.
• Backend: Java / Node.js, REST/gRPC APIs
• Security: Experience with HSM/KMS integrations, PKI, or secure key management.
• DevOps: CI/CD, containerization, monitoring/logging
• Data & Messaging: Relational/NoSQL stores, Kafka/RabbitMQ equivalents
