Business Finance (BFM)

Business Finance (BFM) role requires working with cross-functional teams and involves following key responsibilities:

• Lead cross global functional teams in developing finance strategies to support a strategic alignment with Company’s Business Operations, and corporate departments on company goals & initiatives.
• Manage Financial goals that result in strong customer satisfaction, align with company strategy, and optimize Costs and supplier relations.
• Influence senior leaders in setting direction for their functional areas by linking finance and business strategies to optimize business results.

• • Co-own the financial plan of the portfolio along with the portfolio lead.
  • Revenue governance (including contracting; forecasting, revenue recognition)
  • Margin Governance (including cost take out initiatives, systemic and sustainable cost reduction analysis)
  • Working capital governance (including unbilled reduction, timely invoicing and collection, improving debt ageing and PDD)
  • MIS for the business unit including cost pyramid analytics, revenue leakage vs order book.
  • Ensure all month end and quarter end financial closures are completed accurately and on a timely basis
  • Proven analytical, influencing and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to identify risks and impacts possible solutions and corrective actions
  • Develop strong business finance partnerships with all stakeholders.
  • Critical attributes to success would be strong communication, cadence and resilience.

Qualification

• Preferably CA (barch 2018 – 2023) with 3-7 + yrs of exp in Business Finance (BFM)
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with teams in different Geos
• Can do” attitude and faster learning curve
