Python Gen AI Engineer

Your Role

• Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using Python, FastAPI, Flask, SQL, and Generative AI technologies.
• Design scalable and secure system architectures, including LLM integrations, RAG frameworks, vector databases, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Build AI-powered applications such as conversational analytics, text-to-SQL systems, and intelligent compliance automation platforms.
• Lead code reviews, mentor developers, establish coding standards, and drive best practices throughout the SDLC.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure timely delivery of solutions within SLA commitments.

Your Profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Python development with strong expertise in FastAPI, Flask, SQL, and MSSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience building Generative AI applications using LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic), Prompt Engineering, RAG, Embeddings, LangChain, and Vector Databases.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI, Text-to-SQL, NLP-based applications, and AI-driven workflow automation.
• Experience with DevOps and containerization technologies including GitLab CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead and mentor teams.
