Assistant Manager/Manager – MEP Execution

Responsibilities

Location: Vizag/Kolkata

BE (Mechanical/Electrical/Relevant), with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience

Job Description:

 Execution Management for all MEP&T (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Technology (BMS, Access Control, CCTV, Audio-Visual) works for new projects and retrofits in owned/leased buildings

 Manage execution of HVAC System, Electrical System, Plumbing and Fire Systems, BMS System, Access Control System, CCTV & Security system, for commercial buildings

 Understand design intent and ensure execution is in line with design

 Managing effective coordination and commissioning of various sub-systems in commercial buildings

 Quality and Cost Management during execution

 Safety Management in execution

 Ensure successful and timely completion of the projects.

 Support for LEED and various other green building performance certifications

 Support for statutory approvals in line with corporate governance guidelines

 Drive innovation and incorporation of latest technologies to produce world class buildings and campuses

 Manage other Infrastructure related works
