Senior Regional Manager – Security

Responsibilities

1. Deployment of Security staff

The Regional Manager – Security will identify the right vendor source and quality contract manpower, monitor adherence to related regulatory processes, initiate and monitor training programs on fire-fighting, disaster recovery management and security procedures and deploy SSOs various areas / sectors / campuses in the location in order to ensure optimum Security coverage on a 24/7 basis.

2. Employee / Visitor related services

The Regional Manager – Security will monitor movement of VIPs, resolve employee queries / escalations, design appropriate security plan for VIP visits at the location, partner with government, local authorities and other departments within the company to overcome the situation (such as arrangement for law enforcement, traffic clearance, police, etc.) in order to ensure smooth personnel movement in the campus and ensure resolution of security related issues.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Engineering
