Job Description
Your Role:
- Implement, configure, and support SAP CS (Customer Service) solutions covering service orders, notifications, and warranties.
- Manage end‑to‑end service processes including repairs, service contracts, complaints, and returns.
- Integrate SAP CS with SD, MM, PM, and FI to ensure seamless service execution and billing.
- Provide leadership in issue resolution, enhancements, and continuous improvement for service operations.
Your Profile:
- 4–12 years of hands‑on experience in SAP CS (Customer Service) module across implementation and support projects.
- Strong understanding of service management, service order processing, warranties, and service billing.
- Experience working with cross‑functional integrations and complex customer service scenarios.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
