Bid Manager

Your Role

• Provide end-to-end bid management support for large and strategic deals, working closely with sales, pursuit teams, and solution experts.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to deliver effective presales and bid management support for client opportunities.
• Bid Planning: Develop comprehensive bid plans and ensure execution aligns with timelines, driving pursuits to timely closure.
• Ensure all proposal components are well-integrated and fully compliant with RFP/RFI requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (finance, solution teams, SMEs) to build high-quality proposals.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve issues across teams during the bid lifecycle.
• Prepare and monitor bid budgets, ensuring adherence to approved financial plans.
• Drive special initiatives such as value reports, knowledge management, and win/loss analysis.
• Ensure all bid responses are delivered with high quality, accuracy, and within agreed timelines.
• Bring in market insights through research and industry networking to enhance competitiveness and proposal quality.

Your Profile

• Strong experience in Bid Management and Presales Support.
• Expertise in Account Management and Client Management.
• Demonstrated skills in Stakeholder Management and coordination across multiple teams.
• Exposure to Delivery Leadership and People Management.
• Strong research and analytical skills to identify industry trends and competitor practices.
• Understanding of Business Leadership and Service Delivery principles.
• Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously with structured planning and execution.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
