Responsibilities
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical Test Diagnosis & Systems Triage Analyst to support the validation and continuous improvement of complex software and autonomous systems. This role focuses on identifying, diagnosing, and communicating system failures through deep log analysis, telemetry interpretation, defect triage, and root-cause investigation. The ideal candidate possesses strong troubleshooting abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the capability to transform ambiguous failures into actionable engineering insights.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze execution traces, telemetry streams, system logs, and failure reports to identify root causes of regressions and system issues.
Investigate complex software behaviors and isolate configuration gaps, defect patterns, and failure triggers.
Interpret test scenarios, specifications, and validation objectives to understand intended system behavior and testing goals.
Perform triage activities for defects identified during validation, simulation, and testing cycles.
Develop clear, concise, and data-driven defect reports for software engineering teams.
