Your Role

• Design, develop, and execute Performance, Load, Stress, Endurance, and Volume Testing using LoadRunner to validate application performance against business requirements.
• Create and maintain LoadRunner scripts, including correlation, parameterization, debugging, and enhancement of test scenarios for web, API, and enterprise applications.
• Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and collaborate with development, database, and infrastructure teams to drive performance improvements.
• Monitor system resources and application metrics during test execution using performance monitoring tools and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare comprehensive performance test reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones.

Your Profile

• 4–8 years of experience in Performance Testing with strong hands-on expertise in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
• Proven experience in workload modeling, test planning, script development, execution, analysis, and performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, databases (SQL), application architecture, and performance engineering concepts.
• Experience with performance monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Sitescope, PerfMon, or similar solutions.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with experience working in Agile/DevOps environments.
