Performance QA Engineer (Locust)

Your Role

• Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability test scenarios using Locust for web applications, APIs, and microservices.
• Analyze performance bottlenecks, monitor system behavior, and provide actionable recommendations to improve application performance and stability.
• Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and business teams to define performance testing strategies and performance acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain automated performance test scripts, test data, and reusable frameworks using Python and Locust.
• Prepare detailed performance test reports, capacity planning insights, and performance benchmarking outcomes for stakeholders.

Your Profile

As Principal Test Automation Engineer, you are a recognized senior subject matter expert in test automation architecture and solution design. You have expert knowledge of tools, technologies and practices. You are likely to have ownership for capability development and presales activities at practice level and above. You are actively involved in our partnerships, research and development and publications. You interact with our clients at CIOorCoE level concerning test automation solutions. You deliver assignments as senior automation architect and are accountable for delivery of automation projectsorservices. You will look beyond QEandT to propose solutions spanning our Group capability portfolio.
