MF Developer Lead – Cobol Web services

Your Role

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM.
• Design and implement SOAP/REST Web Services for Mainframe application integration.
• Analyze business requirements, perform impact assessments, and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and provide L3 support when required.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA teams, and architects in an Agile delivery environment.

Your Profile

• 9–12 years of hands-on experience in Mainframe Application Development.
• Strong expertise in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, and Mainframe Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Experience with enterprise integration technologies such as IBM MQ, APIs, and service-oriented architectures.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work independently.
• Must be based in or willing to work from Mumbai; candidates with a notice period of 0–60 days will be preferred.
