Job Description

Your Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Analyst with strong expertise in business operations, data analytics, stakeholder management, resource planning, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving data-driven decision-making, optimizing operational processes, and delivering actionable insights through reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions.

This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, project management capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across global locations

Your Profile

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand operational challenges and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Facilitate discussions between business, operations, technology, and support teams to ensure alignment on objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable insights and process improvements.
  • Prepare business cases, impact assessments, and executive-level presentations.

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and KPI scorecards using Power BI, Excel, SQL, and other reporting tools.
  • Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking to support business decision-making.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and process optimization.
  • Provide ad-hoc analytical support to leadership teams and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across reporting systems.

Project & Process Management

  • Support end-to-end project execution, including planning, requirement gathering, implementation, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies and best practices.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and propose sustainable solutions to improve productivity and quality.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies while ensuring timely delivery.

Resource Planning & Workforce Analytics

  • Manage resource forecasting, capacity planning, utilization tracking, and workforce reporting.
  • Support headcount budgeting and forecast exercises.
  • Partner with recruitment teams for demand planning and resource fulfillment.
  • Analyze workforce trends and recommend staffing optimization strategies.

Governance & Quality Management

  • Drive reporting governance and quality assurance processes.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Promote operational excellence and quality-focused culture across teams.
