Senior Business Manager – Learning

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and people leadership to a team of professional skills development faculty
• Act as a trusted learning advisor to Business Unit and senior leadership teams
• Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of enterprise level professional skills and leadership development programs
• Personally facilitate and deliver advanced learning interventions for senior professionals, managers, and leaders
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and relevance of professional skills offerings in line with evolving business needs
• Ensure measurable business impact and high learner engagement across all programs

• Strong program design capability, from needs analysis to delivery and impact measurement

Additional Responsibilities

Experience & Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in corporate professional skills and soft skills enablement
• Significant experience delivering learning programs for senior leaders and executive audiences
• Demonstrated success in leading large scale, high impact learning initiatives in complex organizations
