Your Role

As a member of the Second Line Support team, you are fully responsible for delivering exceptional technical customer service. You act as a key point of contact, consistently approachable and responsive to both customers and business partners.

Your Profile

Potential candidates should have prior experience of working with Online Booking Tools and should have Travel domain knowledge / experience.
