Job Description

Your Role

  • 6 to 9years of expertise in managing and supporting enterprise messaging platforms
  • Manage and maintain IBM MQ and Solace messaging infrastructure.
  • Monitor middleware environments to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot messaging, queue, channel, and connectivity issues.
  • Provide 24×7 production support and participate in incident management and escalation processes.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for production incidents.
  • Execute platform upgrades, patching, testing, and maintenance activities.

Your Profile

  • Responsible for supporting critical production systems, monitoring messaging infrastructure, troubleshooting queue and channel-related issues, incident management, and ensuring high availability of middleware services.
  • Experience working in 24×7 support environments, handling P1/P2 incidents, performing root cause analysis, and coordinating with application, infrastructure, and business teams to restore services within SLA timelines.
