SAP Basis Administrator

Your Role

• Administer and support SAP Basis and SAP HANA Database environments across SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP PO, SAP Solution Manager, SAP BODS, SAP Fiori, SAP Gateway, and SAP Portal landscapes.
• Perform SAP installations, system administration, migrations, upgrades, OS/DB migrations, database refreshes, and system copies while ensuring high availability and platform stability.
• Manage SAP HANA databases, including performance tuning, optimization, capacity planning, hardware sizing, backup & restore activities, and database lifecycle management.
• Design, implement, and test High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions for SAP HANA and SAP environments, including failover and failback operations.
• Configure and administer SAP landscape security components such as Single Sign-On (SSO), SSL, SNC, SAP security patches, and security best practices.
• Manage transport management activities including STMS and CTS+ administration, ensuring seamless movement of changes across SAP environments.

Your Profile

• 6+ years of experience in SAP Basis Administration and SAP HANA Database Administration within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in administration, migration, installation, and support of SAP products including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP PO, SAP Solution Manager, SAP BODS, SAP Fiori, SAP Gateway, and SAP Portal.
• Hands-on experience in SAP HANA database administration, performance tuning, optimization, backup & recovery, database refreshes, and capacity planning.
• Proven experience in SAP upgrades, OS/DB migrations, system copies, hardware sizing, and implementation of HA/DR solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SAP security concepts including SSO, SSL, SNC, SAP security patching, and security compliance best practices.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM, technical monitoring setup, STMS, and CTS+ administration.
