Mainframe Microfocus Developer

Your Role

• Analyze, design, develop, and support Mainframe applications using Micro Focus Enterprise Server/Enterprise Developer.
• Perform migration, modernization, and re-hosting of legacy Mainframe applications to distributed platforms.
• Develop and maintain programs using COBOL, JCL, CICS, VSAM, DB2, and Micro Focus technologies.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure application stability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and testing teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Your Profile

• 6+ years of experience in Mainframe development and support with strong exposure to Micro Focus Enterprise Suite.
• Hands-on expertise in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, and Micro Focus Enterprise Server/Developer.
• Experience in Mainframe modernization, migration, and application re-hosting projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills with knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in a global team environment.
