Bid Manager

Your Role

• Provide end-to-end bid management support for large and strategic deals, working closely with sales, pursuit teams, and solution experts.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to deliver effective presales and bid management support for client opportunities.
• Bid Planning – Prepare a sound plan for the pursuit and ensure that the bid is run in line with bid plan and drive it to closure on time.
• Ensure all proposal components are well integrated and all aspects of the RFP/RFI requirements are fulfilled in the proposal.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (solution teams, finance team, functional experts etc.).
• Manage stakeholder expectations and drive issue resolution among stakeholders.
• Prepare bid budget and manage the bid in accordance with the approved bid budget.
• Run special initiatives like Value Reports, Knowledge Management, Win Loss Analysis etc.
• Ensure all bid responses and proposals are properly planned, coordinated and completed in line with agreed timelines.
• Leverage research and industry networking to bring in latest trends and competitor practices.

Your Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in Bid Management. Experience in Account Management / Client Management.
• Strong Stakeholder Management and coordination skills.
• Exposure to Delivery Leadership and People Management.
• Strong research aptitude and awareness of industry trends and competitor practices.
• Understanding of Business Leadership, Service and Delivery. Ability to manage multiple bids and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
