Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and evolve scalable automation frameworks by applying maintainable design patterns (e.g., modular architecture, page-object/screenplay where applicable), reusable components, coding standards, and version control practices to support multiple tools and tech stacks. • Define and track automation effectiveness and value by monitoring coverage, stability, execution time, and automation ROI; identify opportunities for test optimization, suite rationalization, and faster feedback cycles without compromising quality. • Drive quality governance by defining QA processes, entry/exit criteria, risk-based testing approaches, and quality metrics dashboards; proactively communicate quality status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to stakeholders. • Strengthen test data practices by partnering with business, data, and environment teams to ensure the right data is available at the right time; coordinate data provisioning, refresh schedules, masking/compliance needs, and reconciliation across releases and environments.
• Operate effectively in a consulting delivery model by managing multiple projects and changing priorities, collaborating with distributed teams, and ensuring alignment with product owners, developers, and program stakeholders on scope, timelines, and quality outcomes. • Guide junior testers on automation best practices, TDM processes, and overall testing discipline across projects; provide mentorship on framework standards, code reviews, and reusable component design.

Technical and Professional Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software testing with hands-on exposure in Test automation and at least one of the following mandatory skills: TOSCA, Pega testing, .Net/C#, Generative AI, ServiceNow Tester, Robotic Process Automation Testing, Playwright Testing (JavaScript/TypeScript), DTA, Life science testing, Data Warehouse testing, Test Data Management Consultant, Automation Consultant, Guidewire Automation, Test Environment Management, Python development, API Testing (API/RestAssured), Mainframe Testing, DTA payments and cards, SAP Testing, Java/Selenium, DTA ECS, Telecom, Performance Testing (Loadrunner/Jmeter/Dynatrace), Mobile Automation (Appium/Mobility) Testing, Microsoft Dynamic Testing, Oracle Testing, Salesforce (SDFC) testing, Cloud Testing (AWS/Azure/GCP).
