Responsibilities
The Associate Manager – Client Services will perform competitive analysis for the segment for his
account portfolio(s) – primary focus. S/He will work with other ADS’ for their analyses for a unified view
across the segment for existing account portfolios. S/He will work with UPAM team for sector-specific
competitor analysis (from outside sources) in order to leverage Infosys’ first-hand experience against
competitors and get a “ground assessment”; and to complement the corporate/unit-driven competitor
analysis from Market Research which can bring in the perspective of accounts that are not yet
customers for Infosys.

Your Role
The Oracle EPM Consultant will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, with hands‑on experience across financial consolidation, reconciliation, planning, and reporting modules.
- Implement and support Oracle EPM Cloud modules such as ARCS, FCCS, EPBCS/PBCS, PCMCS
- Manage end‑to‑end EPM implementation lifecycle including design, build, SIT, UAT, and go‑live
- Work on data integrations using Data Management, EPM Automate, and ETL tools

Zscaler Support Engineer
Your Role
We’re hiring for skilled and motivated Zscaler Support Engineer across PAN India to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 9 years of hands-on experience with strong expertise in Implementation and deployment for Zscaler, ZIA and ZPA.
- Proactive addition of client public IPs on the Zscaler Admin Portal.
- Setup new rules for URL categorization (when Zscaler sends a notification)
- Create URL exceptions for uncategorized traffic.
- Maintain Admin accounts and roles for access to Zscaler admin portal.
- Communicating to customer about planned maintenance/outages on Zscaler nodes.
- Maintain bandwidth classes, if a new website is identified to be prioritized, it needs to be amended/maintained.
- Present settings for Advanced Threat protection/Malware Protection Client Security team for audit/verification.
- Maintain Network Services, and IP/FQDN Groups which are used in firewall control.
- Block any malicious IPs on Zscaler, as notified to SOC and identified as a threat by Client.
- Create sub-locations on Zscaler admin portal for sites For ZApp, control the version of the application to be used by end users.
- Test new versions/features of ZApp and present findings to Security Architecture team.
- Troubleshoot with end users to determine if it’s a proxy related issue, Maintain Sandbox controls on Zscaler
