Your Role
We are looking for a qualified E2OPEN consultant to be a part of our company. should be able to develop cloud-based, AI-driven supply chain management software to enhance connectivity and visibility for global businesses.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Key requirements proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, or Node.js, along with a background in supply chain management (SCM) or SaaS technology
- Develop server-side components, ensure high performance of the central database, create API integrations, and write testable, reusable code
Your Profile
- Resolve complex customer issues with shipping automation software, manage technical support, and maintain high customer satisfaction, often requiring flexible hours.
- Configure and deploy supply chain platforms, such as Global Trade Management or Supply Management Suites, for clients.
- Analyse complex datasets and manage AI-driven supply chain products to drive efficiency in manufacturing and logistics.

The Opportunity

General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Lead strategic O2C transformation, drive operational excellence, and deliver high-impact finance outcomes. Inspire teams, engage clients, and champion innovation across global order management, billing, collections, and cash application operations. Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
- Drive the strategic roadmap for the Order-to-Cash (O2C) function, aligning with enterprise-wide objectives and digital finance transformation initiatives.
- Serve as a thought leader in Finance & Accounting, delivering impactful O2C solutions.
- Influence senior stakeholders to unlock business value and foster innovation.
End-to-End O2C Delivery Oversight
- Oversee global O2C operations to ensure high client satisfaction and adherence to SLAs/KPIs.
- Align O2C and AR delivery with broader business objectives and regulatory compliance requirements.
Transformation Leadership
- Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives leveraging ERP and O2C platforms.
- Develop and implement methodologies tailored to evolving client needs.
- Apply change management and transformation frameworks to modernize O2C processes and enhance delivery models.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and empower a global O2C team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of business outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification):
- Master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certifications like CA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA would be preferred.
- 18 plus years of relevant experience in accounting cycle with expertise with cost optimisation, including Minimum 10 years in a leadership or service delivery role within a global or shared services environment.
- Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or CPA are advantageous; strong proficiency in ERP, SAP, Coupa, Ariba, or Oracle Cloud is essential.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, accounting cycle, intercompany accounting principles, and internal controls.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP S4/HANA and reconciliation tools).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
- Strong service delivery orientation with a focus on meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Blue Yonder Consultant
YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a qualified Blue Yonder Consultant. Responsible for configuring and implementing Blue Yonder solutions, supporting integrations, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver supply chain transformation initiatives.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into solution designs.
- Configure Blue Yonder applications including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, WMS, TMS, or Fulfillment.
- Support integrations between Blue Yonder and ERP systems.
- Execute unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Conduct client workshops, training, and solution demonstrations.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues during implementation.
- Develop project documentation, deployment plans, and knowledge articles.
- Support post-go-live stabilization activities.
YOUR PROFILE
- Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
- Experience with Blue Yonder or similar supply chain platforms.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, SQL and database concepts, ERP integrations

We are looking for a qualified OMP Consultant to be part of our team, who is responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing OMP Unison Planning solutions while supporting integration and optimization activities across planning functions.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into OMP functional solutions.
- Configure OMP modules including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Scheduling, Transportation Planning
- Develop workbooks, dashboards, and planning task flows.
- Configure basic planning models and business rules.
- Support SAP and ERP integrations.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
- Collaborate with business users to improve planning processes.
- Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
