Workday Technical Consultant
Your Role
We are looking for Workday Technical Certified professionals with strong hands‑on experience across Integrations, Reporting, Security, Payroll Technical, and Data Management. You will design, develop, and support Workday technical solutions for implementations, enhancements, and production support in global Workday environments.
- Design, develop, and support Workday integrations using:
- Workday Studio
- Core Connectors (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting)
- Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
- Work with REST and SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and JSON
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration and interface failures
- Support Workday releases, enhancements, and ongoing production issues
- Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end solutions
Your Profile
- Integration certification along with certification in Studio or PECI or Extend is mandatory
- Overall 10+ years of IT experience in the integration space, with 5+ years of hands‑on Workday experience across implementations, rollouts, and AMS projects
- Experience delivering 2+ end‑to‑end Workday technical architecture solutions
- Strong expertise in end‑to‑end Workday integration implementation with a clear understanding of the overall integration landscape
- Experience working with Customer Central and interacting with client stakeholders
- Ability to conduct technical workshops for requirement gathering and solution design
- Client‑facing experience with a strong understanding of Workday technical architecture
- Hands‑on experience with middleware and integration technologies

SAP FICO Consultant
Your Role
- Implement and configure SAP FICO modules with HANA.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing.
- Provide end-user training and support.
- Experience with addon SAP modules like REFX, FSCM, FICA, Concur, and Group Reporting.
Your Profile
- 4 to 10 years of experience in SAP Finance FICO module with a strong understanding of FICO and experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Good knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling module, as well as S4 Hana.
- Extensive experience with RICEFs, interface development, FICO enhancements, reports, data migration tools, and preparing FS/TS/test scripts.

Your Role
- Design and build scalable, reliable backend and platform systems optimized for ML workloads, ensuring high availability and performance
