Your Role

  1. Incident Lifecycle Management (ERP Focus): Lead end-to-end management of critical incidents impacting ERP/MSD365 applications, ensuring minimal business disruption.
  2. Resolution Coordination: Drive war rooms/bridge calls with ERP functional & technical teams for faster issue resolution.
  3. Client-Facing Communication: Act as the primary interface for clients, delivering clear, timely updates during major incidents.
  4. Root Cause & Continuous Improvement: Perform RCA, lead post-incident reviews, and implement preventive fixes for ERP systems.
  5. Process Governance & Reporting: Maintain incident metrics, dashboards, and enforce ITIL-aligned processes for ongoing improvements.

Your Profile

  1. ERP Incident Management Expertise: Strong experience managing incidents in ERP environments (e.g., MSD365, SAP, Oracle)
  2. ITIL Knowledge: Solid understanding of ITIL processes—Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  3. Client-Facing Skills: Proven ability to interact with clients/stakeholders and manage communication during critical situations.
  4. Analytical & Problem-Solving: Expertise in RCA, trend analysis, and driving service improvements in ERP ecosystems.

Products & Systems Engineer

Job Description

This role involves the development and application of engineering practice and knowledge in the creation and assurance of products and solutions across engineering disciplines. Includes defining the fundamental concepts and properties of an engineered system or product, creatively determining a product’s physical form, function and performance, and the assurance of safety, reliability, availability and maintainability. Also addresses the through life support and evolution of systems and products, via provision and support of documentation and information assets, assessment of whole lifecycle environmental impact against environmental regulations and policies, and incorporation of renewable energy sources and clean technologies into product and system design.

SAP FICO Architect

Your Role

  • As a SAP Fico Architect, you will take the lead in designing and delivering sustainable solutions using the latest SAP technologies.
  • You will collaborate closely with customers, stakeholders and technical teams to ensure a successful implementation within SAP.
  • You will partner with clients to understand their business objectives, processes, and requirements, and translate them into scalable and sustainable Finance solutions.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.

Your Profile

  • +9 years of experience in a financial environment and at least 8 years in large SAP project implementations.
  • Proven experience as a SAP FICO  Architect with in depth knowledge of SAP FICO solution portfolio, including the latest evolutions in S/4HANA
  • Very good understanding of financial processes and interaction with other operational processes within a business.
  • Thorough knowledge of Finance & Controlling SAP modules (New GL, AA, AP, AR, CCA, PC, PS,….) and knowledge of interaction between FICO and other modules as MM, SD, PP.

Your Role

  • Lead and support SAP TM (Transportation Management) implementations, rollouts, and support engagements.
  • Gather business requirements and design end-to-end transportation solutions aligned with logistics processes.
  • Configure SAP TM functionalities including freight planning, optimization, carrier selection, and freight settlement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (EWM, SD, MM, FI) to ensure seamless integration and data flow.
