Your Role

Design, develop, and optimize OpenAI-powered applications, including multi-agent frameworks, chatbots, and AI-based customer support systems.
Leverage agentic technologies (e.g., Autogen framework) to implement AI agents capable of collaborating and completing complex tasks autonomously.
Build and maintain backend services using Python or .NET to support OpenAI integrations.
Work with custom datasets, applying techniques such as chunking, embedding, and vector search for model fine-tuning and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Integrate Azure Cognitive Services (e.g., Text Analytics, Translator, Form Recognizer) to enhance functionality and intelligence of AI solutions.

Your Profile

Your Role

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing robust CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and containerized applications. You will collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline delivery processes and ensure system reliability and scalability.

In this role, you will:

  • Design, build, and manage container orchestration platforms using Kubernetes (EKS/AKS).
  • Implement and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as CloudFormation, Bicep, and ARM.
  • Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
  • Implement GitOps practices using ArgoCD for continuous delivery.

Transition Lead | Director

Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a director level executive to primarily deliver the Transition Lead role.

Primary Skills

The ideal candidate will have 20+ years of experience in Business Process Transitions, with a proven track record of project management excellence and demonstrated contributions to P&L growth through sales and project execution. A bachelor’s degree is required, with an MBA strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Portfolio Leadership: Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of transition programs, including but not limited to:
o    Transformation-led transitions
o    Lift-and-shift transitions
o    Incumbent vendor transitions
o    Staff augmentation initiatives
o    Build-Transfer-Operate (BTO) models
o    Transition as a Service (TaaS)
All transitions will be executed within a structured project management framework.
•    Collaborate with Transformation teams to develop implementation plans and timelines for initiatives arising from Global design alignment and Impact Assessment workshops, ensuring Day 1 transformation initiatives are executed seamlessly.
•    Program Governance: Establish and maintain robust program governance structures at strategic, operational, and tactical levels, ensuring compliance with methodologies and tollgates.
•    Transition Excellence: Deliver high-quality transition programs within defined parameters of time, cost, and quality, while proactively managing risks and resolving issues.
•    Knowledge Transfer & Ramp-up: Demonstrate a solid understanding of business processes within scope and expertise in Knowledge Transfer (KT) and ramp-up methodologies.
•    Status Reporting & Escalation Management: Provide comprehensive transition status reporting and manage escalations to ensure seamless execution and stakeholder alignment.

Secondary Skills
