YOUR ROLE

As an Electrical Design / Wiring Harness Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and validation of automotive wiring harness systems using industry‑standard CAD and schematic tools. You will apply strong technical knowledge of low and high voltage electrical systems, automotive standards, and packaging principles to deliver high‑quality electrical designs while collaborating with global, cross‑functional teams.

In this role, you will:

• Make sure of the level of performance QCT, and OTD, FTR target % in all the milestones as per project derivatives

• Task to be executed on Workstation as per work request updated in syncro file on daily basis at Workspace

• Attend daily management meeting with Design leader to prioritize the activity as per Workload

• Be responsible for the design of the wiring Harness for the Digital mock up and supports the Physical Mock up

• Follow-up the Design Rule, Regulation Benchmark, workability (assembly check), Assembly sequence, plan de reference, Chain of dimension, during performing activity

• Do the Self-check of his work as per internal check list and make peer to peer review as per request basis from Design leader or Designer

• Respect the process on day-to-day activity. All the Input, WIP and output file to be capture in proper folder management. Size estimation to be recorded and verified for earlier Work request

• Determination of the tasks, estimation of the associated loads, negotiation of the priorities by project with the Engineering Leader and respect the Schedule

Job Mission

This competence is about the design and development of electrical cabinets and associated connectivity interfaces. The electrical cabinets contain diverse sets of electrical equipment like controllers, power supplies, computing modules etc. Activities comprise designing connectivity: cabling harnesses between active and passive electronic boards (PCBA’s), electric transducers (sensors and actuators), racks, cabling and connections (plates and feedthroughs), and engineering the cabinet/enclosure.
