– Experience in testing in HealthCare domain preferably Imaging
– DICOM knowledge (pydicom)
– ELK Stack, Grafana integration for test reporting
– Python libraries for Image processing and system input (pillow, pyautogui, pynput, opencv etc.)
– Python build and packaging (setuptools, build, wheel etc.)
– Django, Django-Rest, Flask/Fast API knowledge
– QF Test usage

Your Role
- Drive industrialization and automation initiatives across ADM operations
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement frameworks
- Enable teams through coaching and adoption of automation solutions
- Engage with clients to demonstrate value and conduct improvement workshops
- Perform data analysis and report on productivity, quality, and automation progress
Your Profile
- Strong experience in automation, industrialization, and continuous improvement (CI)
- Knowledge of RPA, AI/GenAI, or workflow automation tools
- Expertise in ADM/AMS delivery environments
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI)
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and strong stakeholder/client management skills
