Your Role

  • We are seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA CO–COPA Consultant with deep expertise in Profitability Analysis, both Account‑Based and Costing‑Based COPA (if applicable).

    Core Experience

    • 12–15 years of SAP CO experience with strong specialization in CO-PA (Profitability Analysis).

    • Extensive experience in designing and implementing Account-Based CO-PA solutions.

    Technical & Functional Expertise

Your Responsibilities

COPA Solution Design & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end design and configuration of Account-Based COPA in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Configure and manage:
    • Value Fields & Characteristics
    • Profit Centers & Segments
    • Real-time FI–CO Integration
    • Derivation Rules
    • Assessment & Allocation Cycles
    • Reporting Structures (Fiori Apps, CDS Views, KPI Models)
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops and fit-gap analysis.
  • Map business requirements to standard S/4HANA COPA functionalities.
  • Design and configure complete profitability flows:
    • Sales → Billing → FI → COPA
    • Cost Center Assessments & Distributions
    • Internal Order, Production Order & WBS Settlements
    • COGS Split Processes
    • Material Ledger Integration

Cross-Functional Integration

  • Collaborate with SD, MM, FI, PP, PS, and Group Reporting teams.
  • Design and support integration scenarios involving:
    • Pricing to COPA Characteristics
    • Material Ledger Actual Costing
    • Third-Party Interface Integration
    • Consolidation and Financial Reporting Alignment

Documentation, Testing & FSD Preparation

  • Prepare detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).
  • Define:
    • Business Logic
    • Derivation Rules
    • Mapping Tables
    • Validation Requirements
  • Develop test scenarios and support:
    • SIT (System Integration Testing)
    • UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
    • Performance Testing
  • Support Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.

Analysis, Troubleshooting & Debugging

  • Investigate and resolve issues related to:
    • COPA Postings
    • Derivations
    • Assessments & Allocations
    • Profitability Reporting
  • Utilize SAP tools such as:
    • KE24
    • KE30
    • ACDOCA Analysis
    • ST05 Trace
    • SLG1 Logs
  • Work with technical teams on WRICEF developments, enhancements, and interfaces.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead client discussions independently.
  • Provide solution recommendations and facilitate design approvals.
  • Present solution options, impacts, and best-practice approaches.
  • Communicate effectively with senior business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and coordinate the CO/COPA functional team.
  • Review deliverables and ensure solution consistency.
  • Mentor and support junior consultants.
  • Ensure alignment with overall project architecture, governance, and standards.

SAP IBP Supply Planning Consultant

Your Role

Overall 5+ yrs in IT implementation and support with min 5 yrs in SAP IBP including 3+ years purely in response with 1-2 implementations. 

  • Knowledge of Heuristic SOP operator. 
  • Fix issues for basic errors for heuristics. 
  • Input/output KF for heuristics/optimizer. 
  • Response & Supply master data/transaction data knowledge

Record to Report Process Expert

YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a candidate who would be responsible for processing complex transactions, resolving complex process related issues, preparation and finalization of the period and close activities and reporting (including the interactions with Client’s Financial Controllers) and performing and reviewing the reconciliations. The candidate will manage team of individuals and support them in the daily activities as well as in their development and manage the Client relationship, usually on the local country level.

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Reviewing and approving of General Ledger Journals, Accruals, Provisions, Allocations and other entries according to the schedule and agreed Client Desktop Procedures
  • Initiation of accounting entries based on the non-standard events and accounting rules not directly described in the Desktop Procedures, but resulting from other Policies and Accounting Manuals
  • Reviewing of fixed asset related entries, based on the requests and according to schedule and agreed Client Desktop Procedures
  • Monitoring fixed assets related transactions and budgets and contacting the fixed asset owners to initiate the fixed asset capitalization
  • Reviewing bank statements reconciliations, as well as balances on the sub bank accounts
  • Monitoring the status of Intercompany reconciliations and agreement of Intercompany balances with counterparties

YOUR PROFILE
