Talent Acquisition Service Delivery Manager

Your Role

We are seeking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Service Delivery Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be accountable for the end‑to‑end delivery of TA services across defined geographies or business units.

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • End‑to‑end TA service delivery across assigned scope, ensuring agreed SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards are consistently met.

Your Role

Your Role

  • Lead end-to-end SAP FSCM implementations and S/4HANA transformation programs covering Credit Management, Collections Management, Dispute Management, and Biller Direct.
  • Drive business process workshops, solution design, integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Partner with Finance, Accounts Receivable, Sales, and IT stakeholders to optimize Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and improve working capital.
